![]() Perhaps you can test this out, by slowly moving back from the flightdeck and seeing at which point the bluetooth connection fails. From the flightdeck to the middle of cabin, that is a real long distance for a bluetooth connection, especially considering being on a jet, between a lot of other electronics with receiving and sending devices. Your username suggests you fly a 737 BBJ. My guess would be that the bluetooth connection of the external receiver does not reach that far. as I said before, Jepp says call Garmin, Garmin says call Apple, Apple says it's not made to receive any external data (that is to say they also don't know). I left an external GLO by the window where it is receiving GPS (I made sure it is receiving the data on other map software) but FlightDeck is not receiving data from the external.ĭon't know what to do now. went to the middle of the cabin where iPad is no longer receiving the data on its internal GLO.
